I’m Emma, a fully qualified and insured mobile massage therapist working across the Norfolk - Suffolk border. With training in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Indian head massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I provide a wide range of treatments designed to support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

My background in running, cycling, swimming, and yoga has given me a strong appreciation for the importance of balance between movement, rest, and self-care. This perspective influences the way I work, whether that’s helping clients relieve muscular tension, recover from activity, or simply take time out to recharge.

Living locally, I enjoy the calm and restorative pace of the countryside and aim to bring that same sense of balance and care into every treatment.
