Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which I provide massage therapy services.

Appointments

• Treatments are by appointment only.

• Please be at the agreed location and ready to start the treatment on time; late arrivals may reduce treatment time.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking or appointment - first time clients must pay by transfer a minimum of 12 hours before the booking.

• Prices are clearly stated on the website.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Refunds are at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Health & Safety

• Clients must complete a consultation form before treatment.

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult your GP for any medical concerns.

• I reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.

Liability

• While every care is taken, I am not liable for any pre-existing conditions not disclosed.

• I am fully insured to practice massage therapy in the UK.

Emma Ward Massage Therapist operates a strictly professional service. Any inapropriate behaviour or requests will result in the treatment being terminated immediately.
