Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, but to respect my time and other clients:

• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice: no charge.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice: the full fee may be charged.

• If you fail to attend without notice (“no-show”), the full fee will be charged.

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
