Can I come to you?

No, I do not have premises, I am completely mobile.

What areas do you visit?

I visit roughly a 10 mile radius around Eye, Suffolk - including villages and towns such as Diss, Debenham, Thorndon, Stowmarket, Walsham le Willows and Stradbroke. (See image) If you are not sure if you fall into my catchment please ask.

What types of massage services do you offer?

I offer different types massage services of varying lengths to meet your individual needs, including:

  • Manual Lyphatic Drainage

I can guide you in choosing the right massage for you based on your needs and preferences.

How do I book an appointment?

I recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend or peak time appointments.

What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, you’ll fill out a client consultation form to help me understand your needs and any conditions I should be aware of. We will then discuss your preferences, areas of tension, and goals for the session. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask.

How long are the massage sessions?

I offer the following session lengths:

  • 60 minutes

  • 90 minutes

What should I wear during the massage?

You can wear whatever is comfortable. Most people undress to their underwear preferably or level of comfort and I will cover you with a towel or sheet during the session. I am trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.

Are the massages covered by insurance?

I am covered by Public Liability Insurance.

How should I prepare for my massage?

  • Drink water before and after your session for hydration.

  • Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your massage for optimal results.

  • Let me know if you have any areas of tension or discomfort.

How to prepare for your home visit?

  • Don’t eat right before the appointment, as you’ll want to feel relaxed and comfortable.

  • Choose a suitable, relaxing, and warm space for the massage to take place in.

  • For the initial visit, you’ll fill out a consultation form so I can tailor the massage to your needs.

  • Massage will only be performed on a table—please note, my table supports up to 160 kg (25 stone).

  • I will bring everything—towels, blankets, and music—so you can fully unwind.

What should I expect during my massage session?

  • I will ask a few questions regarding your health, any injuries, stress levels, allergies, and the pressure you prefer.

  • Before the massage, you’ll remove your clothes and lie on the table under a towel. Please wear knickers or pants for hygiene purposes, and I will leave the room for your privacy.

  • Only the body part being worked on will be exposed at any given time.

  • The massage will be performed using oil to help facilitate smooth movements.

What should I do during the treatment?

  • Be open and receptive to the massage, allowing your body to relax.

  • If you experience any discomfort, or if the pressure, music, lighting, or temperature need adjusting, please let me know.

  • Don’t hesitate to discuss any concerns or apprehension you may have before or during the session.

  • Focus on relaxing and enjoying the movements of the massage.

What happens after the treatment?

  • I will let you know when the treatment is over and will leave the room for you to get dressed.

  • Take your time getting up—there’s no rush.

  • Drink plenty of water after the session to help your body process any toxins released during the massage.

  • Minor discomfort (such as sore muscles) may occur after the session, especially if you’ve had a lot of tension. This should last no longer than 24-48 hours.

  • Emotional release can happen along with physical tension release—plan to relax afterward and take care of yourself.

How often should I get a massage?

The frequency depends on your personal goals. For relaxation, once a month may be enough. If you're dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, or high stress, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. We can discuss a plan based on your specific needs.

Do you offer ‘extra’ or sexual services?

No, any inappropriate requests or behaviour will result in treatment refusal or immediant cessation of treatment. You will be permantly excluded from my services.

How can I pay?

I take cash, card payments and BACS transfer.
